General Terms and Conditions

Art Size: All prices are based on standard art sizes. Additional charges may apply for jumbo prints. Designs for both adult and youth size garments will involve two different sets of screens unless customer prefers the same size artwork for both adult and youth size garment.

Return of Art: All artwork and films created by us will be property of Huetone Imprints. Customer supplied artwork will be returned upon request.

Trademark: Huetone Imprints assumes that customers are authorized to use trademarks sent to us for imprinting. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.

Proof: Black & white copies at no cost. For color copies and pre-production proof, charges may apply. Customer approval is required before production can begin.

Ink Color: Standard colors are at no extra charge. Additional charges may apply for PMS match, Specialty Inks and Ink Changes.

Screen Charges: Screen and set-up charges may apply.

Production Time: Typical ship date is 2 weeks from receipt of purchase order and artwork.

Rush Orders: Nominal rush order charges may apply for delivery time less than 5 days.

Payment: All orders require pre-payment unless credit terms are approved by Huetone Imprints Inc.

Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Customer will be billed for all charges incurred prior to cancellation. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Claims: All claims must be made within 2 weeks from receipt of the merchandise. Claims cannot be entertained unless the merchandise in question is returned to Huetone Imprints Inc.
